NTF Sausage rack
The sausage rack is especially suitable for flat cooking/smoking of sausages and hams that are to be sliced later. The racks are adapted precisely to the sausage diameter, and they are designed for optimal protection of the sausage. With this product, there is special focus on hygiene, in that there is no where for grime to collect.
The same concept can be used for pasteurizing tins, as the water drips off easily afterwards.
