Increased customer focus
With the customer in focus and in order to reinforce development, NTF has started a generational succession, where Christian Leth will assume the role as Sales Marketing Manager and take over the overall responsibility for the sales marketing activities. Christian has a long experience in sales and sales management in B2B sales. He will form part of a customer-focused and solution-oriented team.
NTF is experiencing rapid growth in all business segments in hygienic stainless solutions for the food industry. NTF has implemented a new strategy with focus on building global partnerships with major machine manufacturers and food companies. As part of this process, the current Sales Marketing Director Jørgen Ravn will be assuming the position as Key Account Director, with special focus on further strengthening these partnerships.
As an acceleration of the company’s focused strategy, a significant untapped sales potential has been identified both in Denmark as well on the export markets, this will be a primary future work area for Jørgen Ravn. ”I look forward with great pleasure and anticipation to being able to concentrate 100% on serving and managing both new and existing key customers”, says Jørgen Ravn, who has been with NTF for 12 years. ”With the accession of a new, younger Sales Marketing Manager, we ensure continued long-term growth strategy in the company, and Christian is the right man for the job”, Jørgen Ravn continues.
There is also great optimism in the voice of the new sales director. ”It is a very exciting company I have now become a part of. Many exciting tasks is waiting in both sales, strategy and general performance management”, says Christian Leth.
The fact that the former sales director will stay on in NTF ensures an easy transition for all, and all experience and knowledge will remain in the company. To this, Christian Leth adds: ”It is not just a big benefit; it is also of vital importance that I can draw on Jørgen’s experience and skills. This is important in customer and market relation, being able to achieve the ambitious goals that we have set for ourselves”.
Christian Leth officially took over sales responsibility at NTF on 15 August.
